1. How long will it take to get my order?

Orders shipped within the continental USA take approximately 2 weeks or less, shipped via UPS Ground. If you require quicker delivery, please specify UPS 3-day, 2-day or overnight delivery. There is an additional cost for these services. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified by e-mail or phone. Delivery time for orders shipped outside the continental USA vary according to the destination. If you have a specific question, please e-mail us at shop@chekinstitute.com.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Indeed we do! The standard shipping method is insured Airmail. We can also ship via Express mail or DHL, for faster delivery. The shipping price will be added to your order when it is processed. If you require a cost for shipping prior to delivery, please e-mail us at shop@chekinstitute.com.

Delivery times vary according to the destination. If the order is to be sent to New Zealand or Australia, our distributor, Highest Quality Health and Fitness in New Zealand will generally ship the order. If the order is to be sent to Europe, our distributor, Paul Chek Seminars UK, will generally ship the order. Please note, the customer is responsible for any custom duty or import charges that may be due on the order.
